Evidently Fidelity is moving offices and I am trying to bid on a property but their answering service doesn't seem to be passing along my messages and I am trying to make a decision between bids.

Does anyone have a direct or even cell number of a Fidelity person I could contact.

    Any help would be great!

Rest assured that no one seems to be able to get a hold of Fidelity while they move, so no one is outbidding you.

Well, I emailed them on an offer that came up last friday and they emailed back saying that it had already been sold.

    So they are accepting offers.

I have been watching there BWV and BLT listings since mid last week (Tuesday I think) and listing have not changed so many could be sold already. They do a really bad job of updating their listings

They have outside IT company managing the listings, only Tuesday and Thursday they update the listing. There is no way you can find which one is sold until unless you call them.

Sharon is also good at responding to emails. She mentioned moving offices, so I think she said that they would not update the listings until this Thursday.

I have her direct email address and phone number. I sent it to you in case it's something different than what you had.

I do know that but I have been working with Fidelity/other resellers since Feb (Disney keeps taking my contracts) and I was told the same thing Tue, and Thurs. let me tell you this just does NOT happen in any consistency at all! I check everyday and in the past 14 weeks I would guess it was updated on Tues and Thurs (both in one week) about 5 times!

I even had Sharon call me with some listings (a very unusual circumstance occurred) and she told me they had a lot of listings in her hand but many would not be posted for a week or 2.

    Thanks
I did have that number abd email I called the number abd got their sell my timeshare/Bluewater group and was told it would be thursday before I would be hearing back from anybody. I told them that was unacceptable and she passed me on to a supervisor and said that she would send Shawn an email as the phones were not up yet.

    OK start of rant

    GRRRRRRRRR :furious:

IMO Fidelity should have let the customers that have contracts pending and were told to expect answers this week know that their communications were going to be down for a couple of days. Just bad business and I don't blame the agents they are just trying to make aliving like everybody else. :furious:

    End of rant

    whew I feel better now

Wow, I feel lucky! Fidelity sent my contract for ROFR on 5/30, so now I am just waiting it out for a few weeks. But I'm thinking if I hadn't called and pushed them to get the contract out by the 7 day mark then I probably would still be waiting to get the contract to sign with them moving offices!!

They really should be letting their customers know (even as simple as mass email) that they would be moving and communication would be down for a few days! But honestly, I've had a hard time getting a hold of anybody and had to call several times a day to talk to someone :crazy2:

Yip just what I was thinking either a mass email or as simple as a recorded message that they will be closed for business for X days to a move in location

Although I am only on day 21 of ROFR, I emailed Sharon at Fidelity today just to check in on our status. This was her reply:

"Due to our move unfortunately I don't have access to our data, I will let you know Wednesday or Thursday the status."

Their email seems to work anyway!

Thanks for sharing that info so maybe tomorrow?
