I would contact bus companies. You are going to have to pay for the driver also, Try Coach USA. I have used them for Girl Scouts with good results.

thanks for the quick reply.. do you know where coach usa is out of. should i just call information.
thanks :wave2:

The Coach USA conglomoerate has been sold off in different parts of the country. Here in Orlando, they are now American Coach Lines of Orlando. (Not to be confused with American Motorcoaches)

Other companies to consider:

Express Transportation - http://www.expresstransportation.com/
Discovery Charters - http://www.discovery-charters.com/
Pegasus - http://www.pegasusbus.com/
Atlas Motor Coaches - http://www.atlasmc.com/
Jet Set - http://www.jetsetusa.com/
Mears Transportation - http://www.mearstransportation.com/
EZ-Bus - http://www.ezbusinc.com/
MCA Transportation - http://www.mcatransportation.com/
Orlando Bus, Inc. - http://www.orlandobus.com/

A standard 40 foot coach typically seats 47, and a standard 45 footer will seat 52-57 pax.

I've never used any of the companies that I've listed, so I can't vouch for service or anything. However, they all run late model coaches that appear to be maintained in a professional and safe manner. A lot of the smaller companies may offer lower prices, but sometimes at the expense of safety and maintenance to thier old and beat up coaches.

You can check on a charter companies safety rating at www.safersys.org by inputting company name, or DOT number.
