Need ideas for Key Largo food item for themed Fourth

I'd do a shrimp dip or key lime pie made with real key limes.

Most Key lime pie I've had has either been topped with meringue or whipped cream; I've never encountered one with any kind of sour cream topping on it.

Kind of struck me as odd, but did it and tasted first before I spread on.
Just sour cream mixed with powdered sugar, When I tried tasted real good so I said what the heck. Went really well on the pie.
