Need help, please

I just got off the phone with a friend and she wanted my help planning a last minute trip (4/13-4/18). She is 55yo but she has a bad back and can't ride rides. She has never been to Florida. I asked her what she wanted to do and she said "something relaxing, something educational or fun." She is staying offsite not possible to stay onsite. She physically cannot do the parks everyday. She will have a car.Okay I'd love to hear any ideas TIA

I think she really would enjoy World Showcase at Epcot. Touring the different countries and seeing the attractions. Hopefully, she can take some walking.
