Need advice planning Girl Scout trip to WDW

I have a troop with 8 Cadette Girl Scouts (8th graders). They are earning the Silver Award this year. Their dream is to have an end-of-year (GS year not calendar year) at WDW. We are from Newtown, CT.
I would love to make this dream come through but I have no idea who to contact! Do we go with a travel agency or call Disney direct?
I'd like to have an idea of what the cost would be to see if we need to do more fundraising activities.
