My restaurant of the day - Flying Fish Cafe

My all-time favorite WDW restaurant. If I had to pick just one place to eat, this would be it.

They have the best steak I've ever had - anywhere! I've had it three times; it was always cooked to perfection and the taste is exceptional. The sauce on top is Sauce Foyot, a variation of Bearnaise Sauce.

I had the steak for the first time this past April, and it was wonderful! But my all time favorite Flying Fish menu item still has to be the Banana Napoleon!!! I would eat about 10 of them if I could!

Wow......this place looks great! As always, thanks for the great pictures. Now this will have to be a toss up between Flying Fish and Fultons for my December trip! Looking for good seafood.....what do you think?

Mmmm...Looks good! I had the steak the first time we ate here and really enjoyed it.
