My ADRs, hopefully anyways

I am going to try to get get ADRS at the following places for February.

Breakfast- Rainforest Cafe

Lunch- Be Our Guest
T - Rex Café
Beaches and Cream
Che's de France

Dinner- Whispering Canyon Cafe

Which ones will be the hardest to score?

None of those will be terribly difficult, especially if you book right when your ADR window opens. Be our Guest should be your top priority followed by Beaches and Cream. If you can't get T-Rex or Rainforest Cafe on the Disney site, call the restaurants directly.
