Must Do things for 25th Anniversary trip

What are the must do things for a 25th Anniversary trip? We are staying at the Grand Floridian. Reservations at California Grill and a Keys to the Kingdom Tour set up. It will be in Oct. so we are doing Food and Wine. Passing on the Halloween party as we have done this previously. Any other fun or surprise things we can do. Coming up with new stuff since we are making this an adult trip. Thanks!

What about a Wishes or Illuminations cruise? My DH and I enjoyed a "no kids dinner" at Boat House in Disney Springs last time. Any of the new restaurants in DS would be fun.

Will you be seeing Wishes at Cali Grille? If so, I would book an Illuminations cruise. Maybe also consider some spa services at GF Senses? How about the Afternoon Tea at GF?
