Today I did 25 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minutes swimming.
I went to Slim and Tone. Did 1 hr of workouts.

Curves for 45 minutes, and long walks at work now, for me.
We just moved into a huge building at work, and it has stairs AND an elevator. I use the stairs.
Ran 3.4 mile this morning. Its getting cold outside!!! brrrrrrrrrrrr
I did my usual...20min on the treadmill and the 20min circuit on the bowflex.
On the down side...since I have started excercising I haven't lost a single pound! Grrr! No change in diet...still following atkins without a cheat...
I went for a 3.3 mile walk today!
I did cardio sculpt blaster and used 5 pound weights instead of 3 pounders. Boy what a difference. I felt it in my arms yesterday and still feel it today!
I did two workouts, jogging in the morning (4.1 miles in 38 minutes) and Curves in the afternoon.
