Minimum number of points you can buy

what is the minimum number of points you can buy to acquire a second Disney Resort ownership? We are new members and remmeber something about 25 points being the minimum for a new member....if I want to buy additional points to establish a second residence....what is the minimum? Thanks

I think 25 if you pay cash 50 if you finance thru Disney (am I right???)

Just in case you didnt know.... you only will get your 11 month window for the points you hold at the second resort. Not all your points for other resorts combined. UGH That wasnt a good explaination... I have eaten tooo much chocolate today! Sorry....

If I had 500 points at the new Beachclub and bought an extra 100 points at Hilton Head, I could use all 600 points at HH but only 100 apply to the 11 month window....the other 500 apply to the seven month window. Is that correct?
