Meeting other cruisers on my cruise

We are cruising on the Dream July 19, 2015...and have seen lots of people talk about meeting other cruisers on their cruise BEFORE the cruise. How do you do this? How do you find other people on your cruise that you might become friends with?

Check the "cruise meet" section of the forum and you'll probably find a thread for your sailing. Also, search Facebook - someone usually sets up a group for most sailings.
