Just got back from Disney last night... I wish I had another week to see everything that i missed!!! Anyway, the weather was beautiful!! Hot of course, but lovely anyway! Crowds were not bad. I had only one spotting of a LGMH. I called out a howdy to a ellow DISer, but she didn't hear me...so if you were sporting a LGMH in a passport holder around your neck on Saturday and you were near Splash Mountain, I saw you, I saw you!!! Mickey's handler pointed out my lime green crocs to Mickey and said that he loved green shoes!! She said that they represented going green and Mickey was very much interested in saving the planet. Then the Mouse himself kissed my hand and hugged me! I swear I felt like I as 7 again! So much happiness! Anyway, sorry this is so long, but it was such a great trip. POP rocks!!!

Hi all - we followed the thread end of 06/beginning 07 as we were planning an April/May trip.

Well we had to delay that and are officially going 9/18-9/27: me, Dh & DD, staying at POP.

Our teen is volunteering to miss 8 days of her 1st yr in High School!
Hey, we DID teach that kid the value of Free Dining.

So we're building our Lime collection (have LGMHs tho not quite sure what we will do with them,LOL) and look forward to spotting other DISers.
Hoping to make the GLOW party at POP too.

(sigh) Not sure which is worse him not telling me about messages at all or telling me a day late and a dollar short and getting them up jumbled up. Two very important messages today. (One about his medications) Also we are in a big fight. I have a crew putting a new roof on the garage and , as usual, he believes they are being paid to talk to him. He keeps going out and disturbing them. I guess it is not as bad as when I am paying by the hour but it is still disturbing. BTW, Happy Birthday to him!!!

Hope I survive the day.

Sounds as though it would be going nuts this September what will all of us being there at one time!

SharkyGoddess, you are my kind of gal. I was a bit hesitant about saying what I said. I often am cause even I know I go over the top sometimes. Could we have tassles with those bras? Bet we could all make 'em go in different directions too cause we are a talented bunch. I could cool my feet off that way too.

patman2011, I sent my husband home with his brother yesterday. I did my part by the present (which he loved I think. He smiled.) and making all the cookies and goodies for his bowling buddies. Many of them thanked me for the stuff. I had went down to our favorite restaurant by myself to get something to eat and rest for a minute from all the hub bub. Sat down to eat and the waitress came over and sat down with me and told me her troubles. I am a magnet. Just ride the elevator with me one floor and you will tell me your life story, AND I will remember it!! Everyone has talents, that is mine. Not sure if it is a good one though. Sure did keep me from over eating but not over tipping. Please remind me why I 'have' to love my husband again?

I am cleaning up the mess from the new garage roof. Who knew the interior of the garage would get dirty too? I had just cleaned the blessed thing too!! Freezers defrosted and I am going to get the rest of the suitcases down to the pool table today. It is getting real folks!! Hope I have some brain cells left by the time I get there and meet you all!

I did spent an hour reading to some 2&3 year olds this morning. I wanted to stay but they kicked me out so they could take naps. Curses!!
