Med Cruise with a power wheelchair?

Does anyone have any experience traveling with a power wheelchair on the Med Cruise?

Jack, my friend that I take care of, wants to do the Med cruise and I'm researching as much information as I can before we book.

I know there are two ports which are tendered that would be off limits for him (he can't stand or walk at all) and I've read about the HA staterooms, but I'd like to hear more about what the ports were like once you were ashore.
