Unless they are bringing them back to the Pizza Planet restaurant in Discoveryland (and I wish they would, that would be so cool ), no, they don't tend to appear at any of the character restaurants.

Hi,

I was at DLP last week, and on certain days Woody and Jessie were putting on a 'mini-show' outside the Cowboy Cookout at 1, 2 and 3pm.

My son managed to get an autograph and picture.
