As usual commit to as few or as many minutes of exercise as you wish to challenge yourself to do. Please post here something like "I'm at 21/400" or just 310/1000. That way I don't have to search to add up all your numbers.

I'll update as I get the chance. This month I will be scoring again most of the month, then in May I will be scoring online from home up to 50 hours/week. Busy, busy.....

Finished April at 1920/1800 so I am right on track to go for it again this month!

So far 30 min swim yesterday, so 30/1800 so far for May. I'm off to the pool as soon as I get off hee to add to my total! :fish:

Hi!

New here looking to lose some weight and get healthier for my cruise/wedding later this year.

I would like to commit to 750 minutes for my first time. THANKS!


So I am at 60/750 for the month so far :thumbsup2
 
I'm in again:cool1: I swear I'm going to hit that 2000 one of these months.


So far this month, I'm at:

5/1 60 minutes

5/2 60 minutes

5/3 90 minutes

Total 210/2000

I have just a minute to come on and say that I am committing to 1500 minutes again this month. I would have bumped it up, since I went over my goal for April, but I will be away for 4 days and don't plan on doing any formal exercise during those days. I'll try to BBL to catch up...........P

Y'all's numbers are intimidating to me, but I need some exercise accountability.

So...May goal 500 minutes (blush)

I got home from vacation today and will probably go away over Memorial Day weekend. So - I'll aim for 1300 minutes this month.

I know how you feel but don't be intimidated - no one is comparing or judging, do what's best for you. I felt that way too and I started at 360 minutes, 30 minutes 3 times per week. I almost didn't start on here because I felt my numbers were too low...kind of crazy looking back at my thinking that. I really like posting here though, I like seeing my numbers go up and the pretty colors Julie makes them. :goodvibes Congrats on your first 15 for May!!!
