Hi guys, thanks again for all your help. How are maintenance fees billed? Can you pay monthly? Do you have to do a direct debit?

MF's are due 1/15 of each year and are considered past due on 2/15 of each year.

You can pay lump sum by check, credit card, disney dream reward points.
You can elect to have monthly direct deduction via you checking account.
Monthly can only be done by direct deduction.

Yes you can direct debit. It takes a cycle or 2 to get it setup but once it is setup, it is really convenient!!
