Magic Kingdon in October: Crowds on Friday vs. Saturday?

I am thinking about doing MK on a Friday figuring fewer crowds. But Friday also has the MNSSHP that day (which we would not be doing). Would Saturday be better? More interested in the reduced crowds than the MNSSHP or fireworks. Thanks in advance.

Based on personal experience and everything I've read, Weekdays are always the best. If you can't make it Monday-Thursday, go Saturday. The crowds are likely to be just as hectic on Friday as they will be Saturday, but you'll at least get more hours in the park.
