Magic Band and Early check in? Canadians help?

I am basing this info on what I have picked up here. If someone could offer some clarity I would appreciate it.

Canadians who need magicbands aren't being mailed them but they need to be picked up at your resort. Is this accurate?

If it is, can I go to my resort early just to pick up my bands even though check in isn't until 3pm?

We come in from Toronto each visit, landing at 9:30 am. We are at our hotel by 11:00 am at the latest. This year was no different, our bands were waiting for us, a room was ready, and we were in MK before noon. No worries.

I was there Feb last year and Oct last year and this was our experience too!
All went seamlessly. HAVE A GREAT TRIP.
