Luggage Transfer from Dolphin to POFQ

I know the Swan/Dolphin will deliver luggage to the Disney resorts, but will the WDW resorts (specifically POFQ) transfer luggage to the Dolphin? We are doing a split stay.

We had our luggage moved from Pop to the Dolphin last year.

Pop transferred my luggage to Swan this past July, no problems. The bags arrived around 3:00pm.
