Where have you spotted Donald at EPCOT for pictures? TIA

In Mexico, you have Donald from the 3 Cabelleros that does meet and greets.

The two places I could think of are "Mexico" and "Character Connection (Across From Innoventions West)"...Usually, He is dressed up like his character from The Three Cabelleros when in Mexico.

We went to Epcot yesterday and my mission was to find Donald to get a picture with my 1/2 marathon medal. We found him in the character connection near the front of the park. Only waited 30 mins to get through the line which was out the door when we arrived. Other characters there were Mickey, Minnie, Pluto and Goofy. Donald was not outside Mexico when we passed by. Daisy and Stitch were up near the main entrance when we arrived but were gone when we passed by on the way out. Thanks everyone!!
