Looking for dining prices?

I'll make this short, We leave next week, day after Thanksgiving. A couple in our party has informed me they may not be able to do all 4 of our dining reservations. I am looking for pricing info for 2 adult & 1 child for the following restaurants.

Chef Mickey's (dinner), Crystal Palace (lunch), Ohana's (dinner) & Akershus Royal Banquet Hall (lunch).

AllEars has a good list but I dont know how up to date it is. Official Disney website is .... well ...... quite different than AllEars.

For example AllEars has Chef Mickeys (dinner) listed at $41.53-$45.79.
Official Disney website has the same listed at $36 to $59.99.

Any help on pricing for the restaurants listed above would be Tiggerific!

I believe you can call Disney Dining tell them the date you will be there, B,L,D and they can tell you the price of your specified meal.
