Hello Dis'ers. I have to say, anytime I have a question the Disboards is my first stop!
I am a licensed massage therapist in Mass looking to open my own studio, but the thought it is overwhelming!
To give some background:
1. I have only been licensed 6 months;
2. I currently work at a very professional and busy studio outside of Boston;
3. I will NOT be trying to take my clients from this studio with me
4. I am not looking to make this a full-time career. I also work part-time in the legal field.
I am hoping to get get advice from anyone in a similiar field. I don't have specific questions about the whole process, but just am scared of leaving guarantteed clients (and thus pay) that I receive weekly.
