Looking for a villa/house around orlando

My family and I are taking a nice vacation to flordia in sept, I looked up houses to rent and can't find any that just float my boat. Does anybody have any experience in this area and have stayed in some really nice places?
family of 4 : 2 adults a 4 yr and 14 month. Id like a pool and a open living room space for kids to run..preferably one level and around 1000.00.
Any good sites

were doing HP, SW, Gatorland, Titanic , the beach ect.

There's literally thousands of homes in this area. The problem might be a really nice place for $1000. There's really nice places in Windsor Hills and Reunion and in some of the other subdivisions but they may want more than $1000.

Windsor Hills has a big zero entry pool by the clubhouse and a great castle playground. Reunion Resort has a mini waterpark and some nice pools throughout the resort.

We're staying here. A bit more than $1,000 for the week, but it's a 4/bed, 4/bath house, private pool, laundry, kitchen etc. all on one floor. It's in Windsor Hills so you also have access to all the amenities.

You've basically got to rent a 4 bedroom home in order to get a private pool. There are a few 3 bedroom pool homes in some of the older subdivisions but not too many. The 3 bedroom townhouses in Windsor Hills (and a few in Windsor Palms) have private splash pools and the townhouses in Encantada also have small private pools.

We have rented this house the last 2 years and will be renting it again this upcoming January. It's at Sandy Ridge which is in Davenport, FL.. but only 10 minutes away from the Disney Exit on I-4 and is a 4 bedroom with a private pool & spa and what's really nice is that it's wooded behind the house so you only have the 2 houses on the sides of you.. which when we were there in Feb no one was there so we had total privacy.

Hi,

I would reccomend the newest resort of eithe rReunion or Windsor Hills Resort. They have both got great amenities. Reunion has come down in price recently so you might be able to get a great deal!

The management company we use is www.floridasunvacationhomes.com.

They have 4 BR homes with private pools in Windsor Hills, Sunset Lakes and Indian Creek. Sunset Lakes and Indian Creek tend to be cheaper than Windsor Hills. I would think you should get a good rate since September is considered low season.
