Live trip report: a quick trip back to the real world

Hi everyone! I'm back at Disney. I'll keep the intro brief. There's s PTR somewhere, and previous reports somewhere else. Let's start the show!

I'm staying at Coronado Springs this time. I've never stayed here. Check in was quick and I was able to get right into a room. Where's the Christmas stuff?

Cheerleaders. My mortal enemy.

 

[JustCor]

The room is nice, but there's a smell to it. I'm hoping some AC takes care of that. I'm on the bus to magic kingdom. The bus is filled with cheerleaders who look to be early junior high. They're so deafeningly loud. We're crammed in and they're screaming to communicate with each other. I wish I had gas right now so they'd give me space.

"It's the castle!" *Group scream*

And the crowd goes deaf...

Are they getting quiet or is my hearing almost gone?

And the bag check saves me!

Something in the candy shop smells amazing

Something in The Plaza smells like delicious cinnamon. I might be close to starving. Whispering Canyon in a long, distant, very far away hour.

I think this is the first time I've seen the Tomorrowland thing near the Wishes Dessert thing open. Long ago, in a galaxy far far away, I lived in Germany (West Germany, even) and the smell of the fries in the Tomorrowland thing smells exactly like fries in Germany. There a sweet and tangy smell to it.
So hungry.

A quick walk around MK to find my friend then it was off to Wilderness Lodge for lunch. It's beautiful here!

I seem to have ordered the "everything is stuck in my teeth" platter. Very tasty.

There are wreaths and trees all over Wilderness Lodge. It's such a nice setup.

Food is consumed. I may have eaten way too much. There's a lot of walking to be done to burn off this meat baby.

Haunted Mansion, People Mover, and now Buzz Lightyear. It is much busier than I thought it would be. The weather is perfect though.

OK, cutting today a little short. I have fancy clothes to iron and a bit of shaving to do. Today was intentionally short to get ready for this interview. Some kind of trip report will come later.

Somebody on this bus needs a serious diaper change.
