I thought that a while ago I read on a trip report that someone had bought some sort of pass for attractions in Vegas. But I cant remember, however, i could be wrong. Does anyone know?

Nothing that I know of. All attractions are individually owned and operated by the hotel/casinos.

    Have fun!

We've been to L.V. three times in the last two years. Haven't heard of a pass.
