I had a question about printing the StateRoom Body Parts for the Cruise Designs. It says to print landscape .25 margins. Would that be done on MS Word? Do I just go to "Insert Picture" and not touch it anymore (ie. drag the corners to be larger, etc.) I'm assuming it's .25 all around (left right, top and bottom)? I just want to make sure that the size is printed properly, because I can drag the pictures size as well, which i'm assuming i do not want to do.

I am not sure about printing in Word as I use my paint shop pro software to print. If you are inserting the picture and it is not filling up the majority of the page my guess is it will not print the correct size but I really don't know. Yes, it should be .25 margins all around. To set the print margins you can find that under print settings. My suggestion would be to print a "test" black and white and on plain paper and then make sure the opening is 7.5 inches as that is the size of the stateroom number porthole.
I have printing directions on post #5 but they are borrowed from the creative board sticky and I am sure they are from older program versions and these directions are general and not specific for the porthole items:

You can print your designs in several ways:
To Print from Paint:
Open a copy in Paint and print it from there, be sure to use print preview and make any adjustments if it does not fill the page as desired.
Click on file, page setup and you will be able to make your design portrait or landscape. You can also set margins.
To make your design fit on one page use the scaling option and choose fit to a 1 x 1 page

To have a little more flexibility in working with the design you can insert the image into a Word
Document.
To insert an image into Word:
From the toolbar select insert, then picture
From file: Use the file browser to locate your file
Choose the file and then click insert
To change the size of a photo in word
You can then right click on the picture and choose format picture then click on the size tab
and choose the dimensions you want the file to be (make sure your margins are set as small as possible)
or
click on the image and place your arrow over one of the corner guides when it become a two way arrow,
click on it and drag the arrow to the size you want the photo to be
(make sure you use a corner guide the middle guides will change the aspect ratio)
