What is tonga toast that everyone keeps talkikng about??

It's a sourdough french toast stuffed with bananas, coated in cinnamon sugar, and served with strawberry compote.

Just wanted to chime in that when I ordered it, it sounded a bit too sweet for my taste. I asked if they'd make it without the sugar coating, and they were happy to oblige.

It is also available at the QS at The Polynesian, Captain Cooke's if you don't want to do a table service breakfast. Well, at least it usually is. They are in temporary quarters now.....geez, I better check myself

He's not wrong! I had strawberry sauce left over when the toast was gone, and I couldn't let it go - I just ate the rest by itself with a spoon!
