Karmel v. Prime Time Shuttle from LAX

I'm trying to figure out which route for parents from LAX to Grand Californian. We are also renting a car, but have 6, so they are going to meet up with us there.

Does anyone have experience with both for a comparison?

No comparison, but have used PrimeTime several times from LAX, SNA, LGB and no problems. Reasonable and reliable.

I've used Karmel, Super Shuttle, and the express bus run by Grayline, and I prefer Karmel.
