Just when you thought you've seen all the MAGIC! **See Page 95 for PTR!!!!**

Just wanted to get a quick hello in during this over-the-top- busy- time for you! Hang in, there!! Hope you're having a great week making more Disney money (oh yeah, and money for your 2nd kid who will need a college education... )

 Thought I'd stop by and say Hi! Yanks are stressing me out right now. Soon they are going to be showing a picture of my son sleeping in the stands .:rolleyes1

I'm sorry for the lack of updates... I am hoping I can get something posted tonight. I am at the beginning of total craziness at work. Not only am I DJing but I co-own another company that does digital pictures and mobile gaming. We have the account at an outing resort and all the school class trips have begun. So I've been getting all that taken care of and I am shot at night. I was in bed at 10 last night. Thanks for sticking with me! :grouphug:

Gotta love a diagram! I'm totally showing this to DBF, he said that this didn't count as hidden Mickey's while we were there! He also said that Mickey patterns in carpeting (such as in Kidani village) don't count either (too many in a repeating pattern? :confused3)
You can tell your BF that I said those count! :lmao:

I think the ones in the carpet are true hidden Mickey's! ::yes::

Looks like Ohana was fun times! Someday I have to get my hands on one of those Lapu Lapu's...but I can already foresee that not having a good outcome...:rotfl:
Well, you can drink just one.... and hope for the best! :rotfl2:

Hi Tim, So sorry I have been MIA! I always INTEND to post after I read and somehow, I never do....I guess I was waiting on a lull on your TR to comment so that you would know your readers are STILL here!!!Praying you and the family are well and that, like me, life is just simply very busy at the moment. I LOVED the gorgeous photos of your fun trip and the fact that this one has involved so much family time, how wonderful! :goodvibes I LOVE the photo of Henry meeting Juliana, how precious! It is evident she lives life with GUSTO!!!! I have NEVER seen her without her BEAUTIFUL smile!
Hey Judy! I know you have been busy- I have been too. I have fallen woefully behind on many threads but this always happens to me at this time of the year. I hope everything is well with you and the family. :goodvibes

We have more family time coming up... LOL

It was great meeting Brook and Henry... he was so cute (in a manly way!) pirate:

Tim
As usual, great story-writing, great pix! I really enjoy reading your previous TRs and following along with you and your family’s adventures. Less lurking, more posting this time around. So wonderful that you were able to spend time with Mel’s grandfather – I’m sure it meant the world to him to have you all there. And how nice that Juliana found a Mickey Ice Cream Tree :lmao: – wish we had a few in PA! Just have to say your two girls never take a bad pix. And Mel’s looks radiant!!
Thanks for coming back!!! :goodvibes:goodvibes

It was nice hanging with Mel's grandfather. Ever since Mel's grandmother passed last summer, he has been lonely down there.

Thanks for the ind comments about my girls.

Your Ohana pix makes me want to go back so much!! O’Hanas has never disappointed me. Everything is sooo good!! And I definitely have to try one of those Lapu Lapus next time. (Love Ana’s surfin’ pix!!)
We really love 'Ohana... I think next time I will plan it so we can watch Wishes at dinner. pixiedust:

Looking forward to your next update …. So glad I can be late to the party and not miss too much :goodvibes
Well, you weren't too far behind! :goodvibes

I'm gonna do it......popcorn::
LOL Thanks! :lmao:

I am so behind on your report.. I will read the whole thing- eventually! :lmao:

I love the picture of Juliana posing with the surfboard. Looks like you all had a great time at Ohana. It's one of my favorites, too. Sadly, the last time we were there was before they served bread pudding for dessert. Can't wait to try it.
WHAT?!?!? NO Bread Pudding?? :scared1: I think I would go there just for that!

We had a great meal and we WILL be back to eat there again!

Uh..how did I miss this TR?! I'm here now!!

Looks like such a great time at Ohana! :goodvibes
Hey Tink! :welcome:

(this is a theme but) I am so behind on your TR.... Feel free to yell at me if you wish. :lmao::lmao:

Just checking in !!!Super busy at work and planning my Lake George Trip!!!!
Hey Rosie! I think I need to plan a trip! :lmao:

:wave2: right back at cha!

I'll join you, Jen, even though I know it is a really busy time for Tim right now (but would certainly like to see this done BEFORE the baby is born)
If I'm not done with this TR before the baby comes, I will have some serious problems! :lmao:

Thanks for being so understanding! :rolleyes1 ;)

No, I got to stay home with the baby. I was watching on TV. The boys only stayed until the bottom of the 12th. Jack WAS starting to fall asleep. They got home around 1am. Needless to say, Jack is not in school today.

At least the Yankees won! :thumbsup2

Hey Tim, just stopped by to say hi and say that I've actually been thinking of your little gal recently. A friend of mine - her little 2yo boy - just got diagnosed with ALL and any advice you have on how to help her family through this would be appreciated. Thankfully he has responded very well so far and has a good porgnosis, but as you know, it's still a tough and long battle ahead for him. Just wanted to try to do my part in helping them out. Sorry to go a bit off topic there.

I love seeing how healthy and happy Juliana is. She has an awesome smile!

Oh no, that is terrible. I am happy to hear that he is responding well to treatment. A close family friend of ours son had leukemia- I'm not sure if it was ALL or a different kind but I remember when he had to take steroids he would be so hyper and uncontrollable.

I think the best thing for the family is to have people supporting them. The nurses and doctors at the CT Children's were so great with us. We were able to contact her doctors and nurse at any time if we had questions or had to talk to someone. They also had social worker talk with us a few times while Juliana was admitted and checked on us when Juliana was in treatment.

Our friends were great and very understanding. While on treatment, we kept Juliana away from any situation we thought could get her sick- including many parties and gatherings where there were going to be many kids present. We always made people take off their shoes and wash their hands when they came into our house. We had a small 2nd birthday party for her and hurt some extended family's feelings. They said some hurtful things about us and we haven't spoken to them since. It might sound kinda anal but this was OUR daughter and we were trying to keep her from getting sick.

I know your friends would do anything to change what has happened but now they have to deal with their lives being turned upside down. It takes a little time but they will get into a routine and it will become 'normal' for them. I will be praying for this little boy and I wish the family nothing but love and hope that he will beat this disease.

I totally understand how busy you are. My DH is d DJ too! The wedding season is all ready ramped up here.
He's got quite few that are farther away than his normal area, which means if it a total package, he could be gone early morning until after 2:00am, (set-up at one place, tear down, move to reception venue, deal with all the festivies.. on and on)

He also works a 45 hour week at a factory. But on the flip side, more money for our new passion DISNEY!!:lmao:

At least the Yankees won! :thumbsup2

That seems to be a pattern with my boys. The hockey game they went to in March ended in a shoot out. At least they get their monies worth. ;) and the YANKEES WON! :yay:

Tonights game was almost as long! LOL

At least they stayed dry last night. :goodvibes

When I last left off, we had checked into POP, met up with friends, had a great meal at 'Ohana, and dodged the rain at DTD. On Thursday, we woke up to more rain.... and it was coming down HARD! The plan was for the 'POP' friends to come to breakfast with us while our 'Indiana' friends were going to eat on their own and meet up with us at DHS. I thought the best way to get to breakfast was to take the bus to MK and then either a boat or monorail to the Poly. Yes, I said Poly.... we were eating at our favorite breakfast place- KONA! It was raining so hard that we decided it would be smarter to just drive over to the resort.

The girls!

When we got up to Kona there was no line and the restaurant was 1/2 empty. I guess having an 8:15 ADR worked in our favor because we were seated right away.

It wasn't long before our meals arrived. Juliana stuck with her favorite- Mickey pancakes.

Mel went for old faithful- Tonga Toast!

I had the macadamia nut pancakes.

And of course, a pressed pot of 100% Kona coffee.

Once again, Kona didn't disappoint! We love eating breakfast here and I think we turned our friends into believers too.

It was still raining hard and Bill & I made the dash to the cars and picked up the girls in front. While I was getting the girls into the car, some guy backed his car right into our rental! I couldn't believe what I was seeing. The guy gets out and looks at his car and my truck and was like 'ummm when did you get there?' I said I was parked here picking up my wife and daughter. Luckily, it didn't leave a mark but he just got back into his car and drove away- No sorry or are you alright or anything. I donno.

We drove back to POP then hopped on a bus to the studios. I thought that would be the best idea because the bus would drop us off right in front and we wouldn't have to deal with the tram. I don't have to many pictures from the a.m. at the studios because of the rain but I know we grabbed some TSM FPs and went to see One Man's Dream- which I have never seen. It was the perfect stop to stay out of the rain.

We were in there for a while checking out all the exhibits are reading all about Walt Disney. When we were done the rain had slowed to a 'normal' rain. We chose another indoor attraction- the Little Mermaid.

The girls waiting for the show to start.

IMAG0433.jpg

Of course Ariel found her prince and Ursula was defeated. It was kinda ironic that we came inside to get out of the rain- only to get rained on in the show! LOL When we came out of the Little Mermaid the rain had stopped and it was starting to get a little brighter. Juliana & Lizzie wanted to see the Disney Junior show and Bill, Hannah, and I went of in search of a service elevator to take us to the 13th floor.

The line was short and before we knew it, we were having a ball! See, I have a picture to prove it!

IMAG0434.jpg

See me in the back- 2nd from the left? I was having a blast! Hannah on the other hand (2nd row on the right in pink) wasn't to sure. When we got off Hannah said she loved it though.

We grabbed some RnRC FPs and went to meet up with the girls.... not before we passed Und Genius!

IMAG0436.jpg

Up next... meeting up with the Hoosiers & more DHS firsts!

More rain?!?! Hope this isn't a trend for the trip!

We've never tried Kona but I think we will add it to the list. Food looks great and no wait in the AM is key.

We've only gone through One Man's Dream once - I would really like to try it again. No TOT for Ana? Jordan doesn't like the pre-show but she loves the falling part!

The girls look so cute and happy in all of the photos!!!
