We will be using our no-expiration tickets from at trip in 2011 this November. We have 4 days left but would like to visit the parks 5 days. Is there a way to add a day or do we have to pay full price for that 1 extra day?

No MYW ticket may be upgraded or modified in any way more than 14 days from date of first use even if the No Expire Option has been purchased. As your tickets were first used more than 14 days ago this apples to them.

We just went ahead and bought new 10 day NE tickets a couple trips ago when we were in your same situation. We used one day and had 9 days left. Now we have 5 days left on those same tickets. I already bought new 10 day NE tickets for when this current ticket runs out.

But if you don't want to do that then yes, you will have to pay for a regular one day ticket.
