Just logged onto my disney experience and my fast passe are not showing up!!!

Try logging on through your laptop instead of the app. The MDE app is glitchy..Have you added dining or tickets recently?
 
Ok thanks! I added them about 20 days ago, right at the first possible day. I'll get on the laptop as soon as I get home!
 


DS disappeared completely from our reservations. We were staying Club Level so I had to get the IPO to set him back up. We had an overlap on our FP+ for 7DMT because they couldn't get all the times we originally had.

While were at MK our FP+s disappeared from the app also. I went to a FP+ kiosk line and the CM was able to look us up on her iPad and they were all there just not on the app. I think the app has lots of issues that need fixed and the wifi in the park is bad.
 
So someone from internet support said that when we changed our hotel last week(only because the food court at ASMu will be closed) it was cancelled and rebooked instead of modified. And that we had to link our FP to the new ressie by midnight and we didn't do that... Because we had no idea that it needed to be done!!! He told me to rebook what I could and then call guest services to help me get toe harder ones that I had...Elsa/Anna, wishes, etc. soooooooo guest services practically laughed at me. She told me to try guest services when I get to the park. NOT!!!I made her get a supervisor who told me that she would try to help me and will call me back this afternoon. Still waiting......,. So frustrated
