The Disneyland Hotel was not initially owned by Disney. Who owned it and when did it pass into Disney's ownership. Which is the only one of the the three hotels at Disneyland that was owned by Disney right from the start? For bonus points, when Disney bought the Disneyland hotel, the package also included two nearby tourist attractions. Name them.

The Disneyland Hotel was originally owned by the Wrather Corporation. There are two different years on record for when it passed into Disney ownership so I accepted both 1988 and 1989. The package also included RMS Queen Mary and The Hughes H-4 Hercules (Spruce Goose), which at the time where both at nearby Long Beach.
