    As mentioned on previous posts, my wife and I had to cut our trip very short, due to a family medical emergency. While Disney turned out to be a royal pain in regards to a refund, Jetblue was the exact opposite, they got us on the next available flight and waived all fees. The flight was great, but the customer service was even better.

    I'm sorry about your medical emergency, but nice to hear that JetBlue stepped up. We've always been quite pleased with them, and their service
