For castaway cay, i'm confused. How much will it cost me and my kid to do the Eco Tour? Also, wave runners (sit down) are used, correct?

You will book the double one just under one name--and it is $160. Don't make the mistake of booking it under two names (in which case it would double the cost.)

It is a sit down wave runner.
