Just have them raise their hand. There was a stage set up back by Star Tours.

DS 5 did this last year. It was great. However, it took us 3 or 4 tries before he got picked, because we kept telling him to stand nicely with his hand up. When we realized that only the kids jumping up & down screaming pick me were getting picked, we told him to do that and it worked! Hope that helps.
