Japan pearl question

A few years ago, I did the pick-a-pearl in Japan and had my pearl mounted for a necklace. Dh and I are going back in Nov. Can I take my first pearl and get it remounted when I pick a new pearl?

This is what I found out last week. I have pearls from previous visits, and i wanted to just buy a setting. She told me if I still had the pearl in the bag, with their info, I could have it mounted. So maybe if they have the same mounting it would show as coming from them. Good luck.
