Nope.

The marathon doesn't have much affect on theme park crowds.

We were there marathon weekend this year. Although the crowds were not affected (except in Epcot where it ended there were a lot of supporters there to watch the finishers), it does create traffic problems. We stayed at POFQ. The first day we gave ourselves an extra half hour to get to breakfast and we still cut it close. The second day we found out we would have to be up at 5 am to get to our breakfast and so we cancelled it. We were down there 9 days so missing one breakfast was no big deal. Good luck! We have been in Feb and January and loved the light crowds both times.
