We were there Friday and it wasn't bad at all past the morning. I didn't even wear a pocho (just a hoodie) since I wore my toddler in a carrier. Rain was light and when it got heavier it was just for a few minutes at a time. Lines in fantasyland were walk on( alice was open), buzz was open too. They closed fantasy land for the fireworks but they were cancelled. The parade was not though. My kids were thrilled splash opened. We stayed until midnight and did so much I have my disney fill for awhile!
