Only at brunch. You get one glass of champagne. For dinnner, you buy your own wine/alcoholic drinks, just like the MDRs.

Palo brunch includes a complimentary glass of champagne / or a mimosa

dinner does not include alcohol. If you purchased a 'wine package' onboard, you can get a bottle from the pre paid list, or use the 'credit' from that and upgrade to a wine from their wine list.
