Is there a sub-forum on the Dis that is dedicated to special activities or events like horseback riding at FW or parasailing or the Princess Tea Party or Pirates Adventure, or fireworks dessert parties, etc...

No, but since all of those activities take place at resorts, I would post questions about them in the resorts forum. (The camping forum would also be good for horseback riding.)

There aren't any sub-forums in the DLR board, though.
