Ive stayed twice when out for the Space Coast Half Marathon in Dec- Dont have much bad or good to report- Its clean, reasonably maintained and while somethings are a tad dated (no flat screen tvs etc) for a night's stay its been pleasant and most likely I will end up there again this year.
Their beach front access is a nice perk..
