I make a great bean dip, people love it and never guess how healthy it is. Take 1 can FF refried beans, 1 carton (2 cup size) low fat or FF sour cream, 1 package taco seasoning. Mix together, top with cheese, use FF or reduced fat and you can play around with how much you use. Bake it at 200 for about 30 min or until cheese melts. Hubby has lost 100 pounds on WW and loves it when I make this.
