Info on Marriott's Cypress Harbor!!!

Has anyone stayed at the Cypress Harbor Villas by Marriott? I'm being offered one a 2 bedroom, since we are 6 . How far are they from the parks?? They look quite nice on their website, but would appreciate any info !! Thanks

stayed there in 1996. GREAT sunken jacuzzi in master BR, the unit, pools, staff are all excellent. It's located a mile or 2 from seaworld, Downtown Disney 1 or 2 exits west on I-4. The condo's kitchen is well equipped. Overall, it certainly wont dissapoint.
