I alwasy heard adding on while on DVC is the best incentives. I am not in a hurry but will likely add on next years so I have enough points to split with my kids evenly...plus we are falling in love with 1 bedrooms.

When the kids were smaller it was great in a studio but now we need more space. Also if I go back to Aulani I want' another one bedroom.

Anyways thoughts on the value of cruise add ons? We are going on the Fantasy next year. I can wait.

The "deals" if you want to call them that change depending on how DVD sales are going.

Bilby had told me that she was going to equalize the incentives so no matter where you bought, everyone would get the same deal. Now that a new guy is in charge, who knows what will happen.

All we know so far is that he is excited about the work that he did planning the new DTD.

We bought into DVC while on the Fantasy, and the incentive was only the 120 points for the price of 100. That was the same offer they were giving to anyone who purchased AKV, BLT or Aulani.

I have heard about them giving shipboard credit, $500 Disney gift cards etc etc.

I agree that it always fluctuates, and just depends on the time you are buying and the guide that you get.
