If you stay at resorts what do you do on days that you don't go to the parks?

We are going to Disney Nov 19-November 25th this year. Staying at ALL STAR SPORTS. No rental car as of yet. Hoping to not have to worry as there are 13 of us.

Going to Disney Parks 4 days. We have two other days we are trying to decide what to do. Not sure if it will be warm enough week we go to swim. Mother Nature will determine that for us. lol!

What do you do on Leisure Days? What do you enjoy doing so that you don't feel these days were wasted? We'd considered going to Universal or SeaWorld but that will involve a bunch of planning. Oh and yeah... Alot more money. lol! So what else would you be so kind to suggest?

TIA!

Meander around Downtown Disney and / or the Boardwalk. Go tour other Disney Resorts. Play miniature golf. And my least favorite thing...catch up on laundry.

We would typically go offsite to visit another themepark or beach or maybe shop. That is easy if you have a car, not so much otherwise.

Onsite, we enjoyed going to Downtown Disney or exploring other resorts. You can play mini-golf or spend some time at Fort Wilderness. Or go to a waterpark if the weather is nice.

First and foremost we sleep in and rest the tootsies.

We go to Contemporary and rent a boat. We like to get the really big one and bring on drinks and snacks. You can also go to GF and Poly too, but we like the CR.

Mini golf.

Visit some of the resorts.

We go shopping! Orlando has great places and lots of stores. We love disney mini golf too. We also go To DTD or rent a boat or bikes.

Any reason why you aren't going on those days?

If you are worried about the cost, adding a day to all your tickets will cost $39 plus tax. Thats for ALL the tickets.

We never spend the whole day at resort. Usually we sleep late, swim, rent whatever is available, play in arcade, wonder around (we usually stay at CBR, so there is plenty to walk around), DTD, another resorts and so on, BUT we do get bored by the end of the day and so we off to the parks for fireworks.

Here is an idea, why not to schedule DVC appointment/meeting. Nobody said you need to buy or even consider, but it is a fun way to spend an extra day if you have one.

We are having a last breakfast with Lilo and Stitch at the Poly.
so a breakfast along the monorail may be nice.
Then we are going back to the Resort for swimming and relaxing

This sounds awesome, does anyone know the cost of renting a boat at either of these resorts? TIA
