You know - I understand what youre saying - but did you ever see the Behind the Music - Journey? Steve Perry had said those were the absolute worse years of his life. Journey was young when they signed the contract and once they signed, didnt realize they were gonna dump *their* lead singer. They brought in Steve Perry and he was never welcomed.

The guy has a good voice but write your own stuff. Just my opinion of course. He looks young - maybe not even born when Journey was big.

That guy is okay, but he's not Steve Perry. I find it sad that Journey tried so hard to find someone who sounds just like Steve. Any way you look at it, he is an imitation. If you are going to redo a band, why not look for something fresh? I'll stick with the original.

Because that's not what "the people" want. I totally agree with you though. Foreigner found an excellent replacement for Lou Gramm. Their singer, Kelly Hansen, is awesome and sounds just like him.
