I would like to make rezzies for Fantasmic. Help please.

First, you need to check disneyland.com for the calendar. Make sure the date you want is a day F! will be showing.

Then, you'll want to call exactly one month before your date. So, say you want to go on July 1, you'll want to call June 1. Start calling at about 7:55 am, and keep trying until you get thru. The number is 714- 781-3463 (DINE).

It is $59 per person for the balcony or riverside seating. Children get a $10 discount for riverside.

If you are staying at a DLR Hotel call Vacation Planning. They will help with all your reservations.

We used vacation planning through the resorts and we were lucky enough to be the first ones seated.

There are two great ways to see Fantasmic! – Riverfront & Balcony seating:
Riverfront is very close to the water (you can feel the heat when the river catches on fire! and serves a dessert buffet with the following: chocolate dipped strawberries, a large shortbread cookie filled with raspberry and dipped in white chocolate that had been tinted lavender with small gold stars on it, a coconut macaroon, chocolate coated biscotti and a Mickey Mouse shaped rice krispy treat dipped in chocolate with Mickey's face drawn on it in White Chocolate! You are offered your choice of assorted drinks – coffee, tea, sodas, bottled water, or lemonade.
The Balcony is next to the Disney Gallery above Pirates of the Carribbean. The balcony is more centered and higher up and you also feel more "special! The desserts were more upscale at the balcony - cheesecake, carrot cake, black forest cake, fritters, fruit plates & cheese plates. The price for both the balcony and riverfront is $59 per person but the Riverfront does offer a discount for kids ($10 less). The desserts are better on the balcony and you are dead center but it feels a little more crowded – they seat up to 22 people up there. The Riverfront offers more room which can be good with kids. I personally prefer the Balcony but if they are sold out, will “settle” for Riverfront. They also seat you differently. Fantasmic Balcony seating is done in order of original ticket purchase, and seating is 30 min before showtime. Riverfront seating check-in is 1 hour before showtime, seating is 30 min before and is done by check-in order.
Call 714-781-4400 to make reservations.

You need to call exactly One Month in advance (ie, call 7/18 if you want tickets for 8/18). They open at 8 am and are open seven days a week. I would call right at 8 am when the phone lines open - tours and fantasmic seating do sell out. Or if you are staying at a DLR hotel, you can use Vacation Planning – 714-300-7526, press 2.

7:55am EST?...or California time?...also, what is the time difference...3 hours?

Will someone reassure me that Vacation Planning (anyone have the contact #?) will be able to get me a res for F! - I just found out that I have to have surgery on the AM of my res window   ! . . . and I need the res for a weekend night :sad2: - I'm not feeling very confident about my chances.

We had vacation planning get our tickets before. They will tell you there is no guarentee they will get tickets but we were not dissapointed. I would let them get your tickets. I would not worry, especially if you have more than one date you could see Fantasmic. You will enjoy the balcony.

Well, maybe because it was for a Wednesday, it was easier to get ressies, but I called today 5/16 for 6/7 9:00 showing of Fantasmic. I was hemming and hawing and then decided I would at least try and call today. I had no problem getting reservations even though I'm over a week late in calling.

Now, this probably isn't the case on busier weekends or peak summer/holiday seasons. So, if you miss it by one or two days and it's not peak season, don't give up, try calling anyway! I also called directly to 781-4400!
