How to see these resorts in a day

So my wife and I are taking a day to see some resorts. I was just curios if we should do it in a specific order so we can see everything (or more). The hotels we really want to see are the Polynesian, Animal Kingdom Lodge, Wilderness Lodge, the Monirail Resorts, Boardwalk, Port Orleans and then Downtown Disney (last). I was just curious if there is a certain order we should do to make it easier with taking the disney buses? Also, we will be doing Kona Cafe for breakfast and then Sanaa for dinner.

Start with the Polynesian, then take the monorail to the Grand Floridian and the Contemporary.
From the Contemporary take the boat launch to the Wilderness Lodge.
From the Wilderness Lodge take the bus to DHS.
Walk or take the boat to the Boardwalk.
Take a bus to AK and transfer to a bus to AKL.
Take a bus to DTD, and a boat to POFQ.

That seems like the most direct way to me...someone else might have a better way though.

All in all, that's a solid plan. I might suggest taking the boat from WL to MK and then busing directly to the BW instead, but there's not a huge difference.
