How much to tip?

I am planning on visiting Universal Studios from my WDW resort during my upcoming vacation using the 1-Day/2-Park with Roundtrip Transfers ticket. These tickets ($114.99 each) will be prepaid and the free shuttle is part of the deal. My question is how much should I tip the shuttle driver each way? I am on a budget but how could we come all the way to Orlando and not see Harry Potter.

i haven't tipped shuttle drivers before when i had a total prepaid package.
the shuttle is not handling any of your belongings but transporting you with a group of others.

i do tip taxis, private car service, etc.
anytime someone handles my luggage or takes me directly door to door with no other passengers, i tip.

Thanks for your advice...I'm not used to travelling, taking taxis and shuttles.
