You need at least two full days...one for each park and then a third to redo the favorites. It depends on when you are going...if it's during a slow period, you would have more time to relax and do everything but if you're going during a busy period, you might feel a little more rushed.

In my area, late May. I think 4 days at that time sounds doable.
